General Act on Equal Treatment

The General Equal Treatment Act was passed in 2006 to eliminate discrimination and disadvantages in the workplace. The AGG is intended to create a legal framework that takes into account the diverse circumstances of all people. The goal is to create a discrimination-free zone in working life.
